Client Health

Your health is important to us. Upon arrival, your temperature will be checked and your hands must be washed. Please self-screen yourself prior to coming to the suite. If you arrive to the salon under the weather, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be responsible for the services rendered. 

Face Mask or Fabric Covering

For the protection of you and myself,  you MUST wear a face mask or fabric covering to your session. If you fail to wear a mask, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the services rendered.

Extra Guest

There will be no extra children or adults allowed during your service. If you bring someone, they will be asked to stay in the car. 

Personal Items

To reduce the spread of harmful pathogens, all personal items (cell phones, keys, books, magazines, etc.) are to be placed in your purse or bag until the end of your service.

Tardiness

It is imperative you are on time to your appointment. I understand life happens, so please communicate. If you are late to your session, a fee will be applied to your final balance.

Cancellations and No Shows

Clients, I value you your business and in return I ask that you respect the cancellation policy.Please cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours in advance. Please understand that I reserve the right to charge your card at 100% of ALL services booked for failure to abide by the cancellation policy.

Nail Removal

At Tay Nailed It, the health of your natural nail prior to receiving a services is important to us. If you have a full set on from another salon or nail technician, please make sure you remove your current nail enhancements. A small fee will applied to your remaining balance.

Add-Ons

Please make sure you book everything you want done during your appointment. If you have questions, please ask before booking anything. You cannot add anything to your appointment on the same day as I do not want to run into the next appointment.

Nail Repairs

Any nail repairs 1-3 days after original appointment will be free. Any repairs needed after the 3rd day will be $5 per nail. 

Deposits

Prior to every session, everyone is required to pay a $15 deposit. This will secure your appointment. It is non-refundable, but goes towards your balance.

I accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.
