Your health is important to us. Upon arrival, your hands must be washed. Please self-screen yourself prior to coming to the suite. If you arrive to the salon under the weather, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be responsible for the services rendered.
Face mask or fabric coverings are optional. If you are experiencing allergies, mask are required. If you are under the weather, please reschedule via Vagaro within 48 hours of appointment.
There will be no extra children or adults allowed during your service. If you bring someone, they will be asked to stay in the car.
To reduce the spread of harmful pathogens, all personal items (cell phones, keys, books, magazines, etc.) are to be placed in your purse or bag until the end of your service.
It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment via Vagaro, once you receive your appointment reminder. ALL unconfirmed appointments will automatically be canceled.
It is imperative you are on time to your appointment. I understand life happens, so please communicate. Please understand that if you are 10 minutes late, your service will be reduced to no nail art and original balance is due. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited, and remaining balance of all services rendered will be due prior to booking next appointment.
Clients, I value you your business and in return I ask that you respect the cancellation policy. Please cancel or reschedule your appointments 48 hours in advance. Please understand that I reserve the right to charge your card at 100% of ALL services booked for failure to abide by the cancellation policy. Excessive cancellations and no shows will result in dissolution of our nail tech and client relationship.
At Tay Nailed It, the health of your natural nail prior to receiving a services is important to us. If you have a full set or gel polish on from another salon or nail technician, please make sure you remove your current nail enhancements. In event you cannot remove the product prior to your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment or select "Soak-off" during booking.
Please make sure you book everything you want done during your appointment. If you have questions, please ask before booking anything. You cannot add anything to your appointment on the same day as I do not want to run into the next appointment. Any nail repairs 1-3 days after original appointment will be free. Any repairs needed after the 3rd day will be $10 per nail.
Prior to your 1st session, everyone is required to pay a $15 deposit. This will secure your appointment. It is non-refundable, but goes towards your balance. All future appointments will not require a deposit; however, if you accrue too many reschedules or cancellations, deposits will resume.
